Cable Industry Data Administration Expert Brings Extensive CSG Systems Experience to American Support Team
Durham, NC (Vocus)– Jan. 24, 2011 — American Support promoted Theresa Leslie to Vice President of Billing Administration and Data Standards.
In addition to managing the entire American Support Billing Administration team, Theresa will be responsible for spearheading American Support’s efforts to standardize data elements used for reporting and/or operational use. She will also continue to suggest areas of system functionality to maximize efficiency.

In her previous position as Director of Billing and Reporting, Theresa was instrumental in creating the cable industry operational dashboards that many of American Support’s cable and telephone company clients use to monitor their business operations. Theresa was also instrumental in working with the NCTC to implement an automated NCTC programming reporting process. She has project managed several de-conversions, Vertex implementation, Sourcenet/Catalyst implementation to name a few.
Theresa is a 1996 graduate of Niagara University
Prior to coming to American Support, Theresa held senior level reporting and business operations positions with US Online and DirecPath.
