Matt Zemon

President & CEO

Matt Zemon brings over 20 years of operations, billing and customer service experience to American Support.  American Support is the nation’s only complete provider of back-office services to the telecommunications industry.  Zemon and his team helps clients grow their revenue & increase their subscriber base by focusing on making every one of their customer contacts count.

Mr. Zemon, who holds a B.A. from The Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, is the CEO in Residence for the National Military Spouse Network, has served on the Board of the Raleigh Durham chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and has been named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 winners.

 

Mary Celle

Senior Vice President – Operations

Boundless energy and peerless people skills have been a trademark of Mary’s career.  She brings more than a decade’s worth of operational and training experience to American Support.  She is currently responsible for overseeing the billing, customer service and operations for more than 400 cable franchises nationwide and was the 2011 Stevie Award Winner for best telecommunications executive for a company with up to 2,500 employees.

Prior to joining American Support in 2007, Mary held managerial positions with Royal Caribbean International and Oasis Water Park as well as having taught in the Tempe Public School system.

 

Chad Rycenga

Chief Information Officer

Chad has more than 15 years of technology experience focused on Service Oriented Architecture, Customer Relationship Management, Order and Offer Management , and Service Fulfillment Provisioning.  His emphasis on leveraging Agile Development (SCRUM) methodologies provides rapid, measured and consistent results.

Prior to joining American Support, Chad served as Chief Information Officer at Cobridge Communications where he was responsible for the strategy, definition and delivery of application development, revenue management, provisioning, and IP migration initiatives.  Chad has served in technology leadership roles at RehabCare Group, Charter Communications, MasterCard International, Maritz, and Nike.

 

 

William (Bill) Hysell

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Bill brings an incredible depth of knowledge to American Support, having spent more than 30 years in the cable and telecommunications industries.  Prime Cable was his initiation into the business, followed by Prime Communications and Comcast Cable Communications.  Not just a witness, but an active participant, Bill has been at the forefront of the incredible trajectory of change in the teleservices industry. He has held management positions in business services, operations and business development.

The foundation of his career is built on his B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.  Community service is important to Bill and he has contributed his time and executive talents to the Washington DC Area Consortium of Red Cross Chapters, American Red Cross of the National Capital Area, the Howard County Mediation Center.

 

Greg Lathum

Vice President, Contact Centers

Greg Lathum brings more than 15 years worth of experience in the cable industry to American Support, where he oversees the company’s call center operations.  Relying on his experience as the vice president for customer care at New Wave Communications, as well as several other positions within the cable industry, Greg works tirelessly to assure American Support is providing the best possible service to its customers’ subscribers.

 

Josh Bergen

V.P. Finance & Accounting

Josh Bergen comes to American Support with in-depth financial experience in the hospitality industry.  As an accomplished financial officer in the travel and hotel business, Josh has had extensive experience with call center operations.

With his corporate experience, Josh is providing invaluable guidance to American Support as we grow.  His steady, conservative financial approach is identifying and delivering savings that get passed on to our clients.

Josh earned a master’s degree in hospitality management and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and hospitality management from the University of Central Florida. He also holds Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive and Certified Hospitality Technology Professional designations from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals organization.

 

Theresa Leslie

Vice President, Product Support Services

Theresa received a private pilot license at age 18 and watched her career soar since then. Starting as Director of Billing and Reporting at American Support and moving her way upwards to V.P..  She has been influential in standardizing data elements used in reporting and operations for American Support.  Managing the billing administration team, she is responsible for maximum efficiency in both data standards and billing.

 

Joseph Yates

Vice President, Information Technology

Starting out as an application programmer for Continental Cablevision, Joe then joined Evergreen almost two decades ago.  Steadily rising through the ranks, Joe has witnessed all the changes to the systems at Evergreen over the last 18 years.  There is no one better qualified to develop, maintain, and support the American Support enterprise information systems.
